WE HAVE A STRICT RETURN POLICY AND CANNOT CONTROL IF IT WAS NOT READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Due to unprecedented shipping delays with UPS and USPS customers may  experience shipping delays.  These delays are beyond our control and customers will not be refunded for late items.  All purchases receive a tracking number including free shipping sales.

Return requests must be made within FOUR days of receiving the item.  That means if you receive the item on a Thursday, requests for return must be made on or before the following Sunday.  This is to allow for the package to sit for 2-3 days before opening and trying on.  After day 4, all sales are final and will not be accepted.  This is for our protection as a store, our families' protection,  for our staff's protection, and our customers as well.  Please do not delay notifications if you have issues as this is a strict policy and will not be changed.  Any returns will be sent to a new address so you must reach out for this address.  Returns sent to the store will not be accepted as it is closed since covid.  Shipping charges are non refundable and any purchase with free shipping will have the shipping fee deducted. We do not provide a return label.  A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all orders to allow for disinfecting.  Refunds may be delayed up to 2 weeks to allow for packages to sit. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds due to the garment being in any condition we see as unacceptable, and send the item back to the customer.  We are a small business and we appreciate shopping small. If you are unsure of sizing PLEASE reach out before purchasing so we can help you!!! We are happy to answer any questions.  

Max & Riley will accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 4 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent. Contact Max & Riley for an authorization number before shipping the item back.  We do not provide a shipping label.  The item must be shipped back within 2 days of receiving the authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Exchanges can not be made at this time so we suggest placing a separate order or contacting us.  

  • Items marked final sale are not refundable. 
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • Items in poor condition will be sent back to the customer.
  • Any use of a discount code makes your purchase final sale or store credit only.
  • Any items that do not meet this will be refused, and any items deemed unsellable will be sent back.

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items purchased at a discount of less than 20% will be returnable for online credit only.

This includes discount codes and site-wide applied discounts.
