Who is behind Max & Riley?

Max & Riley is a mother-daughter boutique founded by Susan and Hope, built from years of experience in fashion and a shared love for finding pieces that actually work in real life.

Where is Max & Riley based?

We are based in Massachusetts and operate primarily online, while also offering private showroom appointments and pop up events.

Do you have a physical store?

We previously had a storefront on Newbury Street, but we are now exclusively online. We do host pop ups and offer private shopping experiences.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $250. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on weight.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, timing is determined by the carrier. A tracking number will be sent to you via email and you can view estimated delivery dates by clicking on the track my order link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and approved before being sent back.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.

Are sale items returnable?

All sale items, discounted purchases, and international orders are final sale. Items purchased at a discount of less than 20% are eligible for store credit only.
