We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS, depending on the most efficient option for your order.

Shipping Delays
Due to occasional delays with UPS and USPS, your order may arrive later than expected.
These delays are outside of our control, and Max & Riley is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments caused by the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Max & Riley is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Max & Riley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
All international orders are final sale.
Orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
